An attorney representing one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accusers has claimed that someone approached her regarding a pornographic tape allegedly featuring Combs and another individual described as “more high-profile” than the music mogul.
The attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, stated that she was contacted by someone interested in selling the tape but declined to get involved. She noted that there have been other tapes circulating in Hollywood, with one person specifically approaching her to sell this particular video before it became public knowledge.
Mitchell-Kidd represents a woman who alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her in 2018 and directed another man to do the same before she managed to escape. She indicated that a lawsuit will be filed within the week concerning this matter.
Regarding the alleged pornographic tape, the attorney described it as a “catch and kill” situation, asserting that she cannot reveal the identity of the other individual in the video, only stating that the person is “more high-profile” than Combs.
She confirmed the video’s existence and described it as pornographic in nature, stating that the other person in the video is clearly visible. She also mentioned that the video was allegedly filmed in a former home of Combs in Atlanta.
Combs has been indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and he has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The indictment accuses Combs of arranging coercive sex performances.
His attorney has expressed Combs’ eagerness to testify, stating that it might be challenging to keep him off the stand. Combs is currently in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and is due in court in early October.
