Los Angeles’s Erewhon luxury grocery store recently debuted a new smoothie in collaboration with GRAMMY award-winning artist Laufey, sparking rave reviews from fans who are hailing it as a true work of art.

In anticipation of Laufey’s upcoming Coachella performance and the release of her deluxe album “A Matter of Time: The Final Hour,” Erewhon introduced “The Madwoman Smoothie” on April 9. Priced at $23 and available at Erewhon’s Tonic Bar, this delectable concoction features ingredients such as oat milk, cacao, black sesame butter, pink peppercorns, berries, banana, pomegranate juice, along with health-boosting additions like ashwagandha, maca, marine collagen, and electrolytes.

Not only does “The Madwoman Smoothie” offer a delightful treat for the taste buds, but a portion of the proceeds from the 20-ounce beverage will also support The Laufey Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to music education and instruments for young musicians.
