The Cheesecake Factory is always surprising us with new additions to their expansive menu. After carefully testing each dish, it’s clear that only the best make the cut. Luckily, I had the opportunity to preview The Cheesecake Factory’s new spring menu for 2026, and I left with some new favorites in mind.

During my tasting experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Jersey City, I had the pleasure of sampling the new dishes alongside other journalists and influencers. The new menu items were influenced by Asian flavors, building on the success of previous updates. The attention to textures and flavors truly shined through in each dish.

The new menu officially debuted on March 6, 2026, showcasing The Cheesecake Factory’s commitment to refreshing their offerings twice a year. Alongside the new dishes, there are also a few new drinks to try. My personal favorite was the Fresh Cucumber Martini, a light and refreshing cocktail with hints of floral notes.

One standout from the new menu is the Bruleed French Toast, a dish that left everyone at the table impressed. The perfectly toasted bread with a creamy interior and sweet vanilla flavor was a hit. While it could use a touch more fruit, the overall execution was exceptional.

Another standout dish was the Pickle Fries, a savory favorite with crispy breading and tender pickles inside. The attention to detail in the preparation set this dish apart from the rest.

The Asian Chicken Nachos were a unique twist on a classic dish, with crispy wonton chips and a flavorful peanut sauce. The balance of flavors made this dish a memorable experience.

While there were many hits on the new menu, a couple of dishes didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The Baja Bowl lacked excitement for my taste buds, and the Little Gem Lettuce Salad didn’t quite resonate with my preferences.
