Roger Waters Stirs Up Controversy with Comments About Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne

Roger Waters of Pink Floyd fame has stirred up controversy once again with his recent comments about the late Ozzy Osbourne and his widow, Sharon. During a recent interview with Piers Morgan, Waters did not hold back when discussing his feelings towards the Osbourne family.

In response to Morgan’s question about apologizing to Sharon for any hurt he may have caused, Waters stated, “Yeah, of course I will. It’s not ‘cause I have any time for Sharon Osbourne. She’s a raging Zionist … and she’s accused me of all types of things. She’s constantly accused [me] because she’s part of the Israeli lobby.”

When Morgan pressed him about whether he regretted his previous comments about Ozzy Osbourne, Waters remained unapologetic. He expressed willingness to have a conversation with Ozzy’s son, Jack, but stood by his opinion that he did not like Black Sabbath’s music.

Waters’ comments come after Ozzy Osbourne’s passing in August at the age of 76. The rock legend had previously shared his lack of interest in Black Sabbath and their music, as well as his disapproval of Osbourne biting the heads off bats.

The Osbourne family has responded to Waters’ remarks, with Jack Osbourne issuing an expletive-filled rant on Instagram in defense of his father’s legacy.

Despite the backlash, Waters has remained steadfast in his opinions and beliefs. He stands by his commitment to advocating for equal human rights and understanding among all people around the world.

In the world of rock music and beyond, Roger Waters continues to be a polarizing figure, unafraid to share his controversial views and opinions. Love him or hate him, Waters’ outspoken nature is as much a part of his legacy as his music.
