Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is bolstering her growing professional ventures with a key new hire. Page Six has confirmed that she has appointed Sarah Fosmo as her first chief of staff.
Fosmo brings significant experience to the role, having previously served as deputy director of executive administration in Bill Gates’ office until December 2024. Her background includes managing complex operations for high-net-worth individuals and handling confidential matters.
This strategic move comes as the 43-year-old Duchess is actively expanding her professional portfolio. In recent months, she has launched her lifestyle brand, As Ever, a Netflix series titled “With Love, Meghan,” and the podcast “Confessions of a Female Founder.”
According to the Telegraph, which initially reported the news, Fosmo will be responsible for overseeing this “dynamic period of growth” for the Duchess’s various projects.
