The billionaire superstar made the announcement via her Instagram page on Wednesday while flaunting a huge diamond ring.
She simply captioned the photo, “Forever begins now.”Taking to the comment section, her fiance, Blanco wrote, “Hey wait…That’s my wife.”Gomez’s best friend, Taylor Swift reacted: “Yes, I will be the flower girl.”The couple confirmed that they were dating in December 2023.
Gomez and Blanco had a long-standing friendship, having worked together on the 2019 track “I Can’t Get Enough” alongside Tainy and J Balvin, before they began dating in June 2023.
In August 2023, Gomez unveiled the Blanco-produced song “Single Soon.”
By December 2023, she publicly confirmed their relationship by liking posts on Instagram from fan accounts featuring the couple, even commenting, “He is my absolute everything in my heart,” on one of them.
They made their first red carpet appearance together at the 2024 Emmys in January.
