The “Friends” star then elaborated on the unusual treatment, explaining that it involves microneedling to “push in” the key ingredient.
“Don’t I look like a salmon? Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?” she asked.
Aniston previously revealed her beauty secret in a WSJ interview, mentioning that she’s willing to try “almost anything” to turn back the clock.
She recounted a meeting with an aesthetician who recommended the unconventional treatment.
“First of all, I said, ‘Are you serious? How do you get salmon’s sperm?’” Aniston shared in the August 2023 interview.
Despite this, she wasn’t entirely convinced that the fishy facial — which is claimed to boost collagen and enhance cell turnover — was worth it.
Shortly after Aniston discussed her salmon sperm facial experience, Kim Kardashian revealed that she tried it as well.
“I got a salmon sperm facial with salmon sperm injected into my face,” Kardashian told her mom, Kris Jenner, during a July 2024 episode of “The Kardashians.”
Kardashian didn’t elaborate on her experience or the results of the treatment.
While it remains unclear if Aniston ever went back for a second fish facial, she has shared numerous beauty and skincare secrets over the years.
