Anna Grace Phelan, a 19-year-old TikTok influencer from Jefferson, Georgia, has died following an eight-month battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive and incurable brain cancer. She passed away on May 23, 2025.
Her family announced the news on her TikTok page with a heartfelt message: “It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” They also thanked the public for their prayers and support during her illness.
Phelan first began experiencing symptoms in August 2024, including numbness, loss of balance, vision problems, and slurred speech. She revealed her diagnosis—Grade 4 glioblastoma—in September 2024.
In one of her final videos, posted on May 14, she shared that the tumor had spread to an area affecting her breathing and could no longer be operated on. “It would take a miracle, but I’m not giving up yet,” she told her followers. “If you keep praying for me.”
Over $65,000 was raised through a GoFundMe campaign to help with her medical expenses.
Anna Grace is survived by her parents, Buddy and Nadine Phelan, and her brother, Harper David Phelan. Her funeral will take place on May 29 at Galilee Christian Church in Jackson, followed by burial at the church’s cemetery.
