Always collect your employment letter before you start work.
Always negotiate net salary NOT gross.
Always ask about paid time off, HMO, pension, tax remittance bonuses, public holidays, and staff bus.
Try to ask for reviews about the company before the interview. You can try Glassdoor.
You’re not under obligation to tell them your previous salary.

When your interviewer asks you to ask questions or if you are fine with the conditions laid down, no matter how sweet/juicy the offer is, never say ‘I’m okay with everything’.
If you paid proper attention to all that’s been said you’d definitely have questions. Do not get carried away by the juicy offers. If the offer is juicy now, it can always be more juicy. You just have to press more. Be more audacious. You can always reconsider or compromise if you push past their benchmark.
If they mention any consideration during your interview, reiterate it and ask if it’s okay for you to write it down somewhere for reference purposes.
Join your virtual interviews early 😭.
