The 36-year-old singer shared her current daily meal plan as a former vegan who recently added animal proteins to her diet.
She explained that, after being advised to try a Japanese-style diet, she transitioned from veganism to incorporate animal-based proteins, which has helped boost her energy, facilitate weight loss, and improve her mental clarity.
Although she now includes animal proteins in her meals, she hopes to eventually transition to a raw, alkaline vegan diet.
Lizzo emphasised that she doesn’t judge others for their dietary choices and believes the most important thing is for people to feel happy.
In a video, she shared her full daily meal plan, which includes lemon water, egg white cups, cauliflower hashbrowns, fruit, okra water, a buffalo chicken lettuce wrap with mustard, homemade peach tea, grilled chicken, asparagus, and carrots.
Addressing the topic of body transformation, she highlighted that changing one’s body doesn’t always solve problems, but dedicating time, effort, and love to oneself can lead to overall improvement.
