A new report alleges that Kanye West and Bianca Censori fabricated divorce rumours to divert attention from a sexual assault lawsuit filed by the rapper’s former assistant.
An insider told Daily Mail that Kanye is concerned the lawsuit could damage his reputation and has been consulting his legal team. Some speculate that the breakup rumours may have been a deliberate attempt to overshadow the details of the lawsuit.
Rumours of a split between Censori, 29, and West, 47, who married in December 2022, began circulating earlier this month, with sources suggesting the couple had separated and were on the verge of divorce. Another source mentioned that their relationship is going through a rough patch due to West’s high expectations. However, the couple appeared to dispel the rumours when they were seen looking affectionate on a trip to Tokyo.
The speculation about their separation surfaced just before new sexual assault allegations against West emerged over the weekend. West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, alleged in legal documents obtained by Page Six that she was drugged and sexually assaulted during a studio session with West and Sean “Diddy” Combs. Pisciotta claimed she was given a drink laced with an unidentified substance while at a studio in Santa Monica, California, and woke up the next day with no recollection of what occurred.
According to the complaint, it was much later that West allegedly admitted to her that they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” referring to the night she claims she was drugged. Pisciotta said she felt “disgusted and numb” after West’s alleged confession and wanted to quit but chose to distance herself cautiously to avoid potential blacklisting. However, she was eventually terminated and alleged in her amended lawsuit, originally filed in June, that she was never paid the $3 million in severance she was owed.
The OnlyFans content creator also accused West of sending her lewd text messages, including one that allegedly read: “See, my problem is I be wanting to f–k, but then after I f–k, I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f–ked while I’m f–ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me.” She further claimed that she witnessed the designer masturbate beside her before falling asleep and grew angry when she rejected his advances to “date or have sex” with him.
West’s lawyers have dismissed Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless,” claiming she had “pursued” the rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.” They alleged that Pisciotta attempted to blackmail West when “her advances were rejected” and was terminated due to lack of qualifications, unreasonable demands (including a $4 million annual salary), and unprofessional conduct.
