Denise Richards is taking inspiration from Jennifer Aniston’s beauty routine.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, recently admitted to trying a salmon sperm facial after Aniston, 56, shared her own experience with the treatment in 2023.
“For the exterior, I see a dermatologist who’s awesome and very subtle, Dr. [Robert] Dorfman. I did do that salmon sperm facial,” Richards told People in a story published Sunday.
“It was good. I had to try it after I heard Jennifer Aniston did. Who’s not going to do that?”
Despite playfully admitting she didn’t really know what the facial entailed, Aniston’s endorsement was enough to sway her.
Richards explained, “I was like, ‘If she did it, I’ll do it,’” while noting that she prefers not to overdo it with skincare treatments.
The “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” star wants to “look like [herself],” so she avoids fillers but does use a little Botox.
“I want to move my face because my eyebrows are very expressive, so I want to keep all that,” she shared, emphasizing her preference for subtlety.
She acknowledged that the salmon sperm facial “sounds weird” but remains open to trying new beauty trends.
“If I could do a little laser or that salmon sperm thing or whatever, I’ll try it,” she affirmed.
