Grace Dent is a journalist born on October 3, 1973, when I was born in England. She is a columnist and writer from England who has made a name for herself by reviewing restaurants for The Guardian.

Early Years
She spent her formative years in the Cumberland town of Carlisle.
Before her studies in English Literature at the University of Stirling, she was a student at Bishop Goodwin Primary School in Currock, Carlisle.
After being selected to join Cosmopolitan’s Student Advisory group, she began writing stories for the magazine while still a student.
At Stirling University, she majored in English. While she was still a student, she began contributing to Cosmopolitan.
Career
Her professional journey began when she worked as Marie Claire’s editorial assistant.
After leaving her job as an editor at Glamour, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan in 1998, she began penning her weekly column for More! and contributed to other magazines. She covered foreign weird news for the Daily Mirror from 1998 to 2000.
In 1999, Dent joined The Guardian as a writer. She contributed the piece “World of Lather” to the Guardian’s Guide magazine from 2001 to 2010, in which she gushed about her love for soap operas like Coronation Street.
She wrote “Grace Dent’s TV-OD” between 2010 and 2012. She signed a three-year contract with The Independent and the Evening Standard in London in 2012. Starting in January 2018, she was named The Guardian’s food reviewer.[5] Don Dent was named “Reviewer of the Year” by the London Restaurant Festival in November 2017.
Dent was on the jury that selected the winners of the Young Minds book awards in October 2008.
Her appearances in MasterChef UK, The Professionals, and other TV programs and reality series have also brought her fame.
