She coordinated the T&T program for USA Gymnastics from November 2013 until January 2015. Furthermore, she worked for NBC Sports Group for two months as a gymnastics statistician. Additionally, Nicole was a member of three Czech Republic world championship teams.
She interned at NASA from May–August 2013 in the fields of habitability and human aspects. Independent Design Work employed her as a designer and project manager after completing her internship. She interned with High Alpha for three months in 2016 as an MBA in finance and strategy.
