Julianna Rose Mauriello attended Middlebury College and the Performing Arts School in New York City. She also attended Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and received a master’s degree in occupational therapy.

Julianna started performing when she was five years old, and she made her Broadway debut when she was fourteen years old. Oklahoma, a musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein, featured her in her first performance as Lil Titch in 2002. Following that, she co-starred with Bernadette Peters in Gypsy: A Musical Story.

After getting her professional acting start, she went on to participate in productions such as Gypsy: A Musical Fable starring Bernadette Peters, in which she understudied Baby June and other roles.
