She met baseball star Jose Canseco while training as a waitress at a Cleveland Hooters. They tied the knot on August 27, 1996, and officially separated in 1999. She has a daughter, Josie Canseco.
In the same year that Jose Canseco’s memoir “Juiced” was published, Canseco also wrote an autobiography titled “Juicy: Confessions of a Former Baseball Wife.” A cover article for Playboy in September 2005 used excerpts from her book. To promote her book, she made appearances on Good Morning America and Entertainment Tonight.
