Early Life and Career
Zandy Reich grew up in Philadelphia and attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in finance in 2005. He later pursued an MBA at Wharton Business School and worked at Goldman Sachs before transitioning to the fashion industry.
Zandy co-founded the clothing company AYR (All Year Round) in 2016 and later transitioned to an advisory role at the company.
