Lauren is an author who has published books with her husband. Some of their published works include their 2014 memoir Uncommon Marriage: Learning About Lasting Love And Overcoming Life’s Obstacles Together and Uncommon Influence: Saying Yes To A Purposeful Life.

Forty-one years have passed since Lauren and Tony tied the knot on June 19th, 1982. Lauren and Tony first met after Tony’s lecture at a nearby church in Pennsylvania.
Tony, a high school teacher at the time, and Lauren were introduced by the reverend of the church, who would subsequently marry them less than a year after they started dating.
