Ashley St. Clair Blasts Elon Musk Over Poor Parenting

Ashley St. Clair, author of “Elephants Are Not Birds (Freedom Island),” has accused Elon Musk of being an absent father in a paternity lawsuit filed against the tech billionaire.

St. Clair is seeking full custody of their alleged child, born in January 2024.

A spokesperson for St. Clair told People that the lawsuit is not about money, but about protecting the child’s best interests from a father who is unreliable and inconsistent.

St. Clair claims she and Musk began dating in May 2023 and conceived a child in early January 2024.

The lawsuit also claims that she is certain Musk is the father of her child, stating she had no other sexual partners during the time of conception.

She has requested DNA testing to confirm paternity.  The lawsuit includes screenshots of alleged text messages between St. Clair and Musk, including messages where Musk expresses his desire to see her and the baby, and even mentions wanting to have more children with her.

St. Clair states that she is the sole decision-maker for the child’s care and attends all medical appointments.

If confirmed, this would be Musk’s 13th child.  Musk has not publicly responded to the allegations.
